We have a washer and dryer available on the main floor for $3 per load. (Just ask and be aware of quiet hours as guests may be sleeping below the laundry room.) We have a kitchen and living area on the main floor that is a shared space along with a backyard w/ patio great for relaxing. My wife, Wendy, and I live here and are usually around. If not, feel free to text in the app. We love taking walks around the block and stopping by the pond to see the ducks and watch the fountains. The park is just a block away as well. Basketball, baseball and playgrounds. We have free street parking. We need to access the garage since both of us park there. The bus stop is less than a mile on two main roads.
