The kitchen features a modern stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz counter top, and spacious pantry cabinet. The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee machine. Also provided are cutlery, plates, mugs, mixing bowls, pots, pans, water & wine glasses along with other cooking essentials.  The living room features a comfortable couch, decorative art and a 55" Smart TV. Bedroom areas feature a queen size bed, large closet. Linens and bedding provided for the bedroom and the loft area (accessible by ladder) has a full sized bed and reading lamp.  Carrara tiled bathroom has a beautiful glass enclosed stand up shower and washer/dryer for all the convenience of home. Towels, guest toiletries and a hair dryer provided.  Smart features in the home include WiFi, 55\u201d Smart LED TV with Google with Netflix access, and a JBL Bluetooth Speaker. Please note, the apartments are equipped with a 20-gallon hot water tank. Time between showers may be needed to allow the tank to reheat. Parking is available next-door at the State Street parking garage. Daily rates range from $10-$15 per day. Long-term parking passes are available for $159 a month.
