Woodsy Lair in Historic Middletown Valley!

Warm and charming lower level studio of an historic 1840's home. While extensively renovated, we preserved the original stone fireplace (with new electric insert) and staircase to showcase old-world craftsmanship. With a plush pillow-top full-size mattress, and comfortable sofa bed, the Den sleeps up to 4 people. The full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo, and the kitchenette is stocked with utensils, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator. In support of the global effort to conserve energy resources utilizing reasonable practices, we have installed Ecobee “smart” thermostats in all of our listings that the guests can also control. The thermostats are preset with a maximum heating setting of 72 degrees and a minimum cooling setting of 72 degrees.
