Peaks on Gate is a modern home that isn't out of place in the heritage and charm of Niagara-on-the-Lake. It features a unique peaked tower in the centre of the main living area. The great room includes the large kitchen with large island for prep and gas stove for cooking meals. Kitchen is fully-equipped and in addition there is fridge, dishwasher, microwave, drip-coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses). The living room and dining room are also in the space with gas fireplace and cable TV. Everyone can gather during meal prep, help out, talk and spend time together with family and friends. The grand foyer showcases a table with pamphlets and free wine tasting coupons for your convenience. The first floor includes a bedroom with queen sized bed, flat screen tv, walk in closet and glass shower ensuite. The outdoor area is conveniently located on a deck off the kitchen and is a great gathering space to enjoy and relax. Backyard is fully-fenced with lots of space for children to play and there is an additional deck of the foyer. Upstairs has 2 more queen bedrooms with ensuites and a games room/TV room separating the two bedrooms for privacy. A bonus room in the basement is an ideal location to watch the kids play while you relax. Bedding, towels, hair dryers, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo and hand soap are provided. The neighbourhood is in the old town on the edge of the historic district. You can park your cars and stroll to Queen St or the Waterfront, then kick back and relax for a nice meal then walk home. The architect that inspired this home is Hugh Newel Jacobsen. Our vacation rental is a modern nod to minimalist living and ensuring the convenience of easy living. This is a large, spacious vacation home and the unique architectural design is an interpretation of light reflecting off of angles to give the feeling of openness and a sense of the outdoors being brought in. All of the Niagara Holiday Rentals properties are licenced and insured as vacation rentals in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Niagara Holiday Rentals is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and complies with the Ontario Travel Regulations. Fine Print: - The person who booked and paid is the primary guest and is responsible for the actions of other house guests. The primary guest must be staying for every night of the booking. - For insurance purposes the primary guest must be 25 years or older. - No more than 6 people including all children. Names of every house guest (including children) must be provided. This information is required to comply with the town by-laws. - No overnight street parking is allowed in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. - No smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors within the house. Any lingering aromas or smells after your stay will result in additional cleaning charges. - No pets allowed.
