High. -Hiking trails are very close by. -Cabin is perfect for outdoor adventures! -The backyard is fenced in and cabin is pet friendly. The cabin has a really special double sided fireplace. This creates a really warm feel for people relaxing in the living room and those in the kitchen. The backyard is another great place to relax with family and four legged friends. Please be sure to pick up after your furry friends so that others won't have to worry about unexpected surprises. This is not party cabin as neighbors will complain so please do not book if that is your intention. Also be aware this is a non-smoking no vape property. With the risk of forest fires it is imperative rules be followed. If you must smoke please do it outside and be (Website hidden by Airbnb) not leave cigarette butts on the floor (dispose of them properly) as they can start a fire. If there is any evidence of smoke or vaping on property there will be a $250 fee. Guest will have access to the house and backyard. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room as well as a fenced in backyard. Available for questions via phone, text, email or Airbnb app. Cabin is about 1 mile from town and less than 5 miles from Mountain High Ski Resort. You can bike, walk or drive to town it is really close. There are great hiking trails within minutes away. There is parking in driveway. Please be sure to have chains or an all wheel drive when making your way up during snowy conditions. Bathroom - It is important to know that Wrightwood homes are built on septic tanks. Please be careful not to flush feminine hygiene products, diaper's, paper towels or hand wipes down the toilet. A fee will apply if theses non septic friendly items cause a clog and a plumber is needed. It will be taken from security deposit.
