Due to COVID-19 we are only considering longer term rentals at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is the perfect rental for all your needs. Private access to the apartment via the back of the house (see pictures). Includes parking for up to 2 vehicles in the shared driveway. Access to Highway 401 within two minutes. 10 minute walk to scenic historic Bowmanville or a short 2 minute drive. 24-hour grocery store located just off Simpson, only a 3 minute drive. Fit4Less is located in the same strip mall as Metro grocery store, 3-minute drive from the house. Bowmanville boasts two fish runs per year - trout in the spring and salmon in the fall. Perfect for anglers! The house is conveniently located between the two main creek systems and is a 5-minute drive from Bowmanville harbour. Enjoy everything Bowmanville has to offer, or drive to the GO station in Oshawa and take the train into Toronto for the day. Guests can access the back yard and the lower level of the house. The driveway is shared, and guests have use of the east side (2 car spaces). We are always available via phone/text message during reasonable hours (8 AM - 8 PM) if you have any questions or concerns. We are happy to be of assistance! We are located on a quiet street just off Liberty Street, which is one of two main N-S streets in Bowmanville. There is a Catholic Church at the end of the street if you are interested in attending services. 2-3 minutes north on Simpson at the corner of King Street (Hwy 2) is Bowmanville Mall. In the mall is the closest grocery store (Metro), Fit4Less Gym, Shoppers Drug Mart, and numerous other smaller stores. Car is easiest to get around, though the house is a short walk from downtown Bowmanville. The closest GO station is in Oshawa, approximately 15 minute drive west. We have young children, so please no smoking in the apartment or on the premises.
