Summary: The home is a great place for families, business travelers or anybody wanting a home away from home. There are 2 beds, and a sleeper sofa and can easily sleep 6 people. Great Location- Our cozy apartment, perfect for short term or long term leasing (month to month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). all utilities included as well as high speed internet, keypad entry. Great for business travel or work projects. We can provide a discounted rate for longer stays. Unit includes all you could need! Fully furnished, stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, dishware and cleaning supplies. This unit also has complete bedding, and towels in the bathroom! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! The Space: On-site laundry in the building is coin operated. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Guest Access: This unit is a garden level apartment so guests will need to walk down stairs to access the unit. Check in instructions are sent two days before check in so please watch for those. In those instructions guests will receive the address, unit number, lock box code to access the key, WIFI login and general rules while you stay with us. The Neighborhood: Located in a residential neighborhood, this apartment complex is located in a quiet part of town. Getting Around: Wahpeton is a small town, and most places in town are within a 5 minute car ride. Fargo is about a 45 minute drive from Wahpeton! Other Things to Note: Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened. Basic rule for this would be to keep unit in the same condition it was in upon check in! Thank you in advance! As a reminder, this unit is NON-SMOKING. We take this rule very seriously, so if we find smoking to have occurred inside the unit you will be charged a minimum $300 smoking fee.
