SELECT STAY is loaded with anything you can think of, from toiletries, essentials and filtered water, to baking supplies, smoothie maker, coffee, teas, snacks, entertainment books, games, and everything in between. Our comfortable home is spacious, with big walk-in closet in the master, sitting area to relax reading and drinking your morning coffee, a big garden tub to soak your worries away at the end of the day, work-from-home suitable, and an electric fireplace. Quiet location, with all restaurants, amenities, hospitals, and attractions within 15 minutes. Our place is conveniently located in Athens, a city with a lot to offer, including it's historic downtown, Bulldogs home, UGA campuses, many health care facilities, businesses, and lots of shopping and activities for everyone. Our community is safe and friendly, featuring a playground, and easy access on the highway. We live in the area, so feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We look forward offering you a "Select Stay" ! Our cleaning protocols go above and beyond the standard procedures in order to keep everyone safe. We use an air purifier divice between stays, mop the floors with hot steam, provide disposable slippers to protect little kids who crawl on the floor, offer our guests sanitizer, masks, and cleaning disinfecting supplies. All light switches, drawers and cabinets knobs, lamps switches, door knobs, any handles, remotes, and the entry key pad are thoroughly disinfected between stays. We also provide a First Aid kit and fire extinguishers throughout the house. For those traveling with babies and toddlers, we have a highchair, baby gate, and toys for you. The owners closet off the kitchen, and the garage are closed for the guests. Everything else, feel free to enjoy. New subdivision, off the main road, quiet, safe, and family friendly. Close to all amenities and shopping. Wonderful neighbors, couple of police officers as good and trusty neighbors. 2 cars parking in the driveway. Our place is a ranch house, there are no stairs on the premises, however, the doorways are not wide enough for wheelchair access. To enhance our cleanliness and provide a safety place for everyone, especially for families with small children who crawl, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes. Please allow a couple of minutes for the hot water to warm up, especially in the master bathroom, which is the farthest located from the water heater. The trash day is every Thursday early in the morning, so guests have to take the bin out in the street on Wednesday nights and put it back on Thursdays afternoon. Sometimes we have to stop by to take the outside security cameras to charge, as the battery gets low, or to access the garage, for personal needs.
