Golf Resort Villa with Private Pool - Golf - Tennis SPA with private pool overlooking the Golf Course. Close walk to Clubhouse with Pro Shop, Tennis Court, Community Pool and Playground Surrounded by restaurants, bars, outlet-stores, 12 min drive to Disney World. Perfect fit for families, golfers or groups. (NOTE: NO Parties & NO music/shouting/noise outside!) Personal Chef and Grocery Shopping is available at an additional cost upon request with advance notice. Any additional housekeeping requirements can be arranged such as on a daily basis upon request at nominal charges There are 2 large spots in the driveway ok for large SUV or large Vans and 2 cars can park 70 yards down the street across on the other side of the road (where there is an empty lot) . Any additional cars must be parked at the golf clubhouse. There is no parking on the grass at any time and no overnight parking on the streets due to county ordinance. You will check-in with our home cartetaker/property manager at 203 Ambersweet Way, Davenport, FL 33897 office (down the street from our box office and listing address at 7862 W US-192, Kissimmee, FL 34747 - this address you use to send any pre-ordered amazon items, luggage, golfclubs, or deliveries prior to your arrival). Home is located only a couple of blocks from our home cartetaker/property manager, just south of US-192 off Hwy 27 at Highlands Reserve Golf & Tennis Community where you can enjoy championship golf clubhouse, tennis courts, and a snack bar. To protect the privacy of our guests and the security of the property we do not give out exact villa numbers before check-in (just like all resorts worldwide), because we do not wish to have guest trying to do preview tours or arrive earlier without prior notice that could disturb in-house guests/cleaning persons. We have learned from previous experiences where early arrivals knock on doors, peak through windows, wake up guests after early/red-eye flights or at early cruise arrivals, and we are sure that you would not like this happen to you. We hope you understand that this is just for your protection as our guests, to be able to stay without being disturbed by others, and for security of the property. BED SET-UP: Please reach out to our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 2 days prior to your arrival with your preferred bed-set-up (if you are singles or couples/king beds vs twin beds). Each room can be set up with 2 twins or 1 king/queen. For king/queen size bedding we use a king/queen size memory mattress topper, a king size mattress cover, a king/queen size fitted sheets so there is no seam and where you can enjoy the extra memory foam comfort. Please see floor plan for furnishings and bed setup options. IMPORTANT NOTE regarding CHECK-IN: Please do not just show up and expect to be checked in since this is a private home. We always try to be flexible on check-in and check-out whenever possible. It all depends on when previous guests check-out, maintenance needing to be done, and when future guests arrive. CHECK-IN Normal check-in is at around 5 pm or later for your arrival. This is a private home we do have lots of cleaning to be done and maintenance preparation that needs to be done before you can check-in. We may also have guests checking out the same day you are arriving, so the earliest we can check you in is normally at 5 pm since we need enough time to prepare and clean the home for you. If you are arriving earlier than 5 pm and have a rental car we suggest you keep your luggage in your rental car until 5 pm when we can check you in. Most important is that our home needs to be completely clean and ready for you before anyone can be allowed inside the home. We cannot let anyone onto the property before your 5 pm check-in. It is our goal to give you as our guest the best first impression. Thank you for understanding. CHECK-OUT Normal check-out is at 10 am so we can prepare home for future guests. You can check with our home caretaker in the morning of your departure to see if she can get you a slightly later check-out at noon for instance (if available). Thank you for understanding. NOTE: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, please inquire with us prior to making an instant booking. The reason is this is because we do not have any standard rates and most rates are set only for the next 30 days and we normally do not allow Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday stays unless it is last minute booking within a week of arrival. If you stay is a weekly stay the best option would be if you could travel Sunday to Sunday instead. The reason for this is because most of our bookings are weekends Thursday to Sunday and for 6-8 nights this would cover 2 weekends which is 2 bookings for us instead of 1 so the opportunity cost is very high for us. Thank you for your understanding. BEST LOCATION inside Highlands Reserve Resort overlooking the Golf Course, 200 yards from the Club House. Walking distance to Tennis Court, Community Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Playground, Pro Shop, Fitness Center and SPA. Surrounded by hundreds of restaurants, bars, outlet stores, less than a mile to Publix grocery store and 12 min from Disney World! Our neighbors and homes are to be fully RESPECTED Dinner parties for registered guests are encouraged but NO house parties are allowed, no music speakers allowed outside other than from like a mobile phone with conversational volume that cannot be heard by neighbors and it must be completely quiet outside after 10 pm; No non-registered guests/locals are allowed at home at any time; no trash/debris left outside at any time; parking only in the designated two driveway spots and max one vehicle directly in front of home, not on grass, and never more than 3 cars or vans per home (up to 15 passenger vans ok but nothing larger). We have NoiseAware security for everyone's security, peace, and enjoyement. If we receive a call or it is discovered that any neighbor or neighborhood is disturbed, you could be asked to leave early with a no refund and loss of security deposit. We are confident that everything will be just fine. However, as policy dictates, we must remind you that our homes are in quiet upscale neighborhoods. Respecting our neighbors is our foremost concern. Golf Resort Villa with Private Pool - Golf - Tennis SPA - 4500sf (about 3500sf interior & about 1000sf pool patio). This home is a great vacation paradise with its private pool and patio overlooking the Golf Course and Clubhouse. Consists of 10 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, Fully Equipped kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances including Nespresso cappuccino and latte maker and soda-stream to make your own sparkling water or soda, large dining table seating up to 12 people inside and outside dining for up to 20 persons, Living Room with oversized sofa group, coffee tables and 50 Inch Plasma TV with Cable TV, total of 14 TVs in the home for great entertainment. Patio offers seating up to 20 people and two BBQ Grills. Each bedroom can be set up with either 1 King Size Bed or 2 Twin Size Beds. Enjoy the luxury of a Fitness Center and SPA within walking distance, only 800 yards away. Community Olympic size swimming pool for exercising laps, only 500 yards away. Walking distance to cafe, grocery store and restaurants. To explore the scenic neighborhood a Rental car is recommended.
