Tern Place is located in Greenhaven, a conveniently located condo complex in Pawleys Island. It is just a short walk, bike or car ride to Litchfield by the Sea, a private beach community. This spacious condo has four bedrooms: two master suites and two twin bedrooms, perfect for a fun family gathering or a golf vacation. The condo is well-equipped for your stay and has two balconies overlooking a peaceful setting where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. Each beautifully decorated bedroom has a TV including some SMART TVs for your favorite movies or shows. One of the master bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom while the other bedrooms have easy access to the remaining two bathrooms. A hallway separates the two bedroom wings for added privacy. Sleep soundly in our second-floor condo without the disturbance of overhead activity. When you rent our condo you'll have guest rights to Litchfield by the Sea and all of its amenities, including wide beaches, a large parking lot, decks overlooking the ocean, tennis courts and bathrooms. Pawleys Island is a golfer's and beach-lover's paradise with 23 golf courses in the area, including the award-winning Tradition Golf Course which is nearby. There are many tempting dining options from pizza to seafood to southern favorites. Just a few miles up the highway is Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. We'll provide a pass to Huntington where you'll find more great beaches, roads and trails for hiking and biking and a nature center. The condo is adjacent to a walking and biking path which leads to Huntington. Also close by are restaurants, a grocery store and shops. We don't use a management company in order to keep our rates low and give you flexibility in booking dates. The pool at Greenhaven is open at this time. Bring your bikes, paddle boards and golf clubs and enjoy our lovely condo!
