Completely renovated in 2020 with brand new kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer, smart TV with built-in Apple TV. Two bedrooms, one bath, all on one level. Look out onto the noisy river and enjoy the best nature has to offer. Parking for 2-3 cars. 5 mins to charming village of Creemore for grocery/shopping. Will allow you to self-check-in via my instructions. Will respond quickly to any issues via text. If there is a larger issue we will do our very best to get the right person there as soon as we can. *5 minutes to the charming town of Creemore *35 minutes to Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach *Nearby hiking, golf, and all the outdoor activities the Georgian Bay region is known for 10 minutes to Devils Glen Ski Club, 15 to Mansfield Ski Club, Golf courses, Bruce Trail, hundreds of beautiful paved roads for cyclists *There is a large linen closet located in the bathroom where you will find extra bath towels, hand towels, face towels. *The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig and tea for your morning coffee! *The TV is a smart TV with built-in Apple TV. There is no cable. Access The driveway is plowed, however has an incline and you are required to cross over a small bridge. No large trucks for deliveries etc. In the winter we would recommend 4 wheel drive. Salt, sand and snow shovel will be provided in the small shed Fire pit Wood is not provided, can be purchased at the convenient store a few minutes away
