A lovely 36' 5th wheel located on our rural property in Williamsburg, 10 miles away from the thriving resort town of Traverse City. The unit entails a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, & bedroom. There is a TV but no cable or satellite dish, antennae only; a 12-gallon hot water tank; & a Chulux coffee-maker upon request (can use Keurig pods). Tower fan provided as well. Outdoor furniture is a picnic table and 2 deck chairs with small fold-up tables. Adults only, no pets, no smoking. It's not unusual to encounter various wildlife like deer, turkeys, rabbits, fox, many species of birds, and the occasional bear. We can provide parking for recreational vehicles. Property is close to hiking at TART & VASA trails, & Sand Lake Quiet Area. Free boat launch at Skegamog Lake & East Bay. Also close to Elk Lake and a few others scattered about. Access available to all interior parts of the 5th wheel. We normally are there to meet & greet, and show them around the 5th wheel. We're generally on location and available by phone throughout the stay of guests. Most amenities are a few miles away. There is a restaurant (Mr. C's) and gas station (Shell) 1.5 miles away. Kalkaska is 12 miles to the east of us, and downtown Traverse City is 15 miles to the west. There is a major grocery store (Meijer) 5 miles west off M-72. It does have an ATM, nail salon, pharmacy, and full array of food, liquor, and toiletries. We are 1.5 miles from M-72, and another 5 miles to the junction of M-31 & M-72. M-31 will take you to Traverse City.
