A new contemporary sofabed with a highly-rated memory foam mattress will ensure your comfort and great sleep if an extra bed is needed. This cabin is a perfect choice for those in search of spectacular sunset views over the Adirondacks, with easy access to both Burlington culture and rural driving or bike trips. The Point Bay Marina on Thompson’s Point is just minutes away for motor-boating enthusiasts. What's nearby: You'll find a number of excellent opportunities for hiking and biking throughout the Charlotte area. Thompson’s Point is itself a popular walking/biking spot with a two-mile loop, a three-mile loop, and the public beach at Whiskey Bay. A tennis court, basketball hoop, and small playground are available for use just a short walk down the road if a usage donation is made to “the club.” Nearby parks include the 63-acre Williams Woods Natural Area and Mount Philo State Park, a 237-acre expanse that you can choose to drive or hike up, with stunning views from the top. Be sure to bring your camera for wildlife viewing in both areas. The township of Charlotte boasts a Village Winery, Wildflower Farm, library, senior center, a convenient car ferry to NY State, the iconic Old Brick Store, and the Clemmons Family Farm—one of the 22 official landmark cultural and historic sites on Vermont's African-American Heritage Trail, which offers tours and periodic events such as speakers and dances.
