Two Bedroom, Two bath Condo located in the heart of Solana Beach close to resturants, shopping, and entertainment. This complex features a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Two dedicated parking spaces, club house and an elevator. Please note: There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.  Community Beach Access is closed due to unstable cliffs. Nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove approx .2 miles & 5 min walk For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot backup as we can't control service interruptions & outages. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.   Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.  Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils.   Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked.
