Enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine on the front porch or private back deck. Luxuriate in your romantic antique iron bed, with crisp sheets and a freshly laundered duvet. Soak up the sun or take a swim at our private community beach, one of the only sandy beaches in the area. What's nearby: For more action, you're only a 1/2 mile walk to the bars and restaurants on the harbor's east side and just under a mile to downtown. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen without a dishwasher Parking notes: Parking is very tight, please no boats or trailers of any kind. Parking for one regular vehicle or two small vehicles. One vehicle can park in the parking spot and one parallel with the road in front of the other vehicle This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
