The garage is off limits and the bulkhead and basement off limits. Please feel free to ask me for anything I might be able to do to make your stay more comfortable. Situated on a main road State Route 86 the road is well maintained and snow removal is not an issue. I maintain the snow removal for the cottage and property. Park in front of the garage. Full trash bags can be placed in the red cans in the small shed near the back door. Please recycle. $25.00 for excessive trash removal. Free chicken coop tour and meet and greet the back yard birds weather permitting. Complimentary farm fresh eggs with your stay!
