Ginger’s Beach House, Angola along Lake Erie

You will be so close to the sandy beach called Lake Bay. Just down the road over Lake Shore Rd to the beach access road and stairs to the beach. It’s also perfect for Buffalo Bills football weekends in the Fall/ winter. It is just a short drive to the stadium. Winter is a great time to rent Ginger’s Beach House for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Garage storage for gear. Summer is great for beaches, eateries, outdoor beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing, … Wifi, cable, air conditioning, kitchen, parking. This is a family friendly home. This is not a small cottage. Beach theme (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a full size home and a great value for the price. Children are welcome. There is a high chair & port-a-crib for infants. Cook in fully equipped large kitchen. Fresh linen and washer and dryer with laundry soap. Use the attached screened -in garage, good sized fenced-in yard with outdoor furniture, driveway for 3-5 cars, grill, fire-pit, homemade corn hole boards, portable cooler, entire house. Free parking. Safe neighborhood. Must tell me if you are bringing a dog and agree to keep in the large crate when not there. You love your dog and want it with you but entails extra cleaning. There is a $75 fee for bringing a dog per week. My Airbnb value is not only the price which is lower than a one room hotel but it's the massively larger spaces (plus couches and a kitchen) located in more relaxing location. You can have the comfort of feeling like you're returning 'home' at the end of the day, rather than a small, uncomfortable hotel room in which you inevitably sit on the bed for lack of anywhere else comfortable. Cook in the kitchen, relax in the living room watching Netflix free or sit in the private yard, see the stars and hear the lake waves when its quiet. 4 bedroom house with 5 beds (2 are queen) is ONLY 2 blocks from beach. It is not right on the beach or else you would be paying premium rates over $250 per night. Keypad entry through the front door. No keys required. Guests can access the garage and yard and all parts of the house. Once inside you may also use the second dead bolt lock. Garage and private kitchen door is also locked but you can unlock them once you are inside. KEYPAD CODE IS CHANGED AFTER EACH GUEST DEPARTURE. I will be available for questions. Feel free to contact me through airbnb messaging. I will never enter the home while guests are there. You have complete privacy with private fenced in yard and attached garage. If your stay is extended then expect someone to come to cut the grass and enter the garage and yard. I will ask you if you plan on bringing a dog and to pay a $75 fee for bringing your dog and crate your dog if it is left alone in the rental. There is a large dog crate in the house. Quiet woodsy area until summer comes and the area is filled with summer loving beach goers. Come join the fun. People often bring firewood down to the beach and have a fire there. No one will bother you as long as you are not rowdy. It is a fun laid back neighborhood. Locals will sell firewood at their stands. The stars are amazing at night since it gets real dark and the lake is so close. Getting to the beach: walk down Beach road 1/2 block to Lakeshore Road. After crossing lakeshore road, go immediately UP the paved road to the right( it looks like a driveway) which leads to the beach. You will have to walk down some wood stairs to the beach. Beach chairs, cooler, blanket and pails are in the garage for your convenience. Beach road is sometimes a busy throughway and doesn’t have sidewalks. Garbage day is early Wednesday morning. If you are there for the week I would appreciate it if you would roll the garage to the curb and back. Thank you in advance. You can walk to the closest beach and turtle Joes, and mickey rats beach club. Bring your bikes and ride around or drive your vehicle. Some people will get around on golf cars. Beach road can get busy and the cars drive faster than they should. No sidewalk. You are there for the nearby beach but other places you will need a car. Have you ever went Winter ice fishing? Sturgeon Point has great ice fishing. The nearby Lake Bay down the street has awesome winter formations known as ice volcanoes. Snowmobiling is available and local. Have a great summer stay, enjoy the vistas, natural beauty of the the nearby parks and beaches and the eateries locally. My airbnb is available for weekends during football season to go to the Buffalo Bills Football stadium. There is a cooler you can use for tailgating in the garage. There are some wooden steps you will have to go down to get to the beach.
