The master bedroom is located on the second floor, and has its own air conditioning control which is wonderful in the hot Florida summers. The half bedroom upstairs accommodates two children. The kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and has a breakfast bar for two. The large rectangular dining table seats 10 and has a view of the front garden. The living area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer on the first floor utility area adjoining the private parking garage that can keep at least 1 car out of the sun.
