We have 4 flat screen TV’s and Googl Fiber Wifi. Fully loaded kitchen with pots, pans, plates, drip coffee pot, flat ware, toaster oven, and more.... There is Shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the 3 showers. There is a rear deck for grilling and an enclosed sun room for your relaxing pleasure. The home is comfortable and friendly. Features a two car garage, washer and dryer, hair dyers and towels for your use Front door and Garage doors on main level. We are available to our guest and are a text or phone call away. We are experienced Airbnb host and had a Branson property for the last 3 years and on of our guest had such a great time there offered to buy our place. Our neighborhood is just off of Woods Chapel rd. with quick access to 470 HWY. We have very nice neighbors and wide boulevard streets with sidewalks for walking. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants and fuel. Our location is terrific! Located 1 mile West of the Chapel Woods &470 interchange allows you quick access to many locations around KC and 10 minutes away from the Lees Summit quaint and unique down town shops, brew houses and intertainment. Wether your wanting to come visit our beautiful city of fountains and enjoy our Jazz, BBQ, Museums, Concerts and our Performing Arts.
