While sitting on a 2-acre property composed mostly of river gravel, you will have direct access to the river which is ideal for swimming, boating, kayaking, hiking and so much more. While accommodating 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with an open concept in main living areas, this rental is ideal for both couples and families. The entire condo is equipped to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. You will also find hardwood floors throughout the unit and a kitchen fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances for a luxury touch and feel. Enjoy the 30 foot covered deck overlooking the Current River for a peaceful deck retreat. And if you are in the mood for some of the in town amenities you will find in Van Buren; floating/canoe rental shops are within walking distance and only a few minutes away you will find a public boat ramp, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations to explore. The condo is accessed primarily by stairs via an interior staircase of the building and by an exterior staircase by the gravel bar facing the river.
