Our home is Perfect for corporate rentals, family reunions, and large groups of friends traveling together The Space: This beautiful estate home will make you feel as if you’re staying in your own boutique hotel; hip artwork lines the walls, modern, chic furniture adorns the rooms, while the grounds will leave you wanting to play more. Top to bottom we will deck you out with all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible: High-speed WiFi, Huge smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a terrific dining area, and drool-worthy finishings. We can literally accommodate all your friends, family members, and colleagues under one ridiculously perfect roof. The meticulously designed interior and the beautiful grand back yard is ideal for gatherings and socializing, big or small. Even our parking situation is ideal: our garage can fit TWO cars, the private back driveway has room for Three more cars and street parking in front of the house is always FREE! You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Each bedroom features a unique sleeping arrangement, sure to please even the fussiest of guests: The master bedroom has one king bed, a smart TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has one Queen bed, and one Twin over twin bunk bed. The third bedroom has one queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two Twin over Twin bunkbeds. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed (this room will be open only for groups of 12+) Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful house, back yard, and amenities this property has to offer. Guest Access: Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. Other Things to Note: ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please refrain from any use of it. We are in the process of fixing it. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV.
