Great room in a brand new Home in the suburbs

Fresh and modern confortable room in a brand new home. This bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, TV and a night table. Community pool and gym available Simple, cozy, clean bedroom with TV, black out curtains, ceiling fan, dresser, a night table and closet. We provide organic cotton towels, and shampoo made of esencial oils for a relaxing experience. Use of kitchen; stove, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots and utensils available, etc, dinner table, living room, laundry, backyard, community pool and gym. During the time I’m in Philly my mom will be providing anything needed since she lives in the house with my sister and her 2 daughters. My mom only speaks Spanish but my niece Valentina can always translate for you. If you speak Spanish you can enjoy a warm conversation with my mom. Anna is a great community, people is very nice and friendly. If you have kids you can go to Slayter Creek Water Park located next to the middle school 3 minutes from our location. If you are craving for ice cream, Everything Ice Cream is just a few blocks away, go and visit our very famous burger and Malt place named Spurlock’s Malt Shop. Chinesse take out? Rice XPress is a go to! Walmart, chick fillA, Sonic, Bucee’s among others are within 5 minutes distance We have places of interest at walking distance, you can use a bike to get to places to eat, to Walmart, etc but it will be more convenient the use of a car House Rules: 1. If a reservation is for a week, the cleaning fee will be $35, and if it is for a month, will be $140. We will wash your sheets every 2 weeks, clean the bathroom and vacuum. 2. Don’t leave belongings spread through the house. 3. Keep the common areas in proper clean and order. 4. No loud noises after 10 pm. Be considered with family or other guess.
