3 bedroom 2 bath house in Aurora, access to our pond, gazebo and dock that was the former Aurora Trout Farm. 25 miles to Salem and 25 miles to Portland only 2 miles off of I-5. Walking distance to the famous Aurora Antique shops and a small winery. 18 miles from Dundee Wine Country. One exit away from Factory Outlet Stores. Shuttle to and from Aurora Airport (KUAO) for a small fee. Come feel the peace of Marvin’s Garden’s and Trout Farm! You have access to a pond, stocked with trout. Catch and release please! We are in the city limits but tucked away from most other houses. We have our regular guest of raccoons, ospreys, river otters, ducks and an occasional deer. You have access to the entire house, pond, back patio with BBQ in the summer, front porch and dock with a gazebo. We have busy lives so you might not see us much but would love to talk if we are around. Filberts Restaurant is a nice choice for dining as well as the Aurora Colony Pub. We are within too many antique shops to list them all. Please check out my guidebook! You can drive, bike or walk to get around. Aurora has about 900 people, so the small town charm will captivate your heart. If you want more to do, we are close to the Salem and Portland area. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or large parties. We have had small weddings, proposals and gender reveals.
