Located Downtown Galena - Allows access to Galena Territory Owners Club (indoor/outdoor pools, basketball court, fitness center, etc) - ask for details! This two bedroom beauty will be your favorite spot to relax during your stay in Galena. It is 3 levels of vintage charm with modern upgrades. You can walk to the tasting rooms, restaurants, boutiques Downtown Galena or stay home and enjoy this cozy coach house. Enter through the modern kitchen which features a fireplace and sitting area. Prep in the kitchen, sit at the island or chat in the sitting nook and watch TV, it's a great open space to enjoy cooking, reading, talking, you name it! (Please note, there is not a dishwasher at this home) Head upstairs to the family room and kick back to watch some TV or step out on the deck and enjoy the view. The second bedroom with Queen size bed and attached full bathroom w/whirlpool tub are on this level along with the laundry room. The top level features a master suite with King bed and attached full bathroom. This coach house will absolutely be your destination every time you visit. Occupancy is 6 however 4 will sleep comfortably in beds and there is an air mattress in King Bedroom. You will have access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi and outdoor playground. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT COVID-19 REGULATIONS AND OR WEATHER MAY IMPACT LOCAL BUSINESSES AND HOURS OF OPERATION. We do not have a Covid or weather Cancellation Policy, we highly recommend travel insurance. When you book a home with us a 30% down payment is required, this is not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel before the final payment is due you will be refunded that payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your final payment will be processed, the stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present the entire stay. Check in details are sent 3 days prior to your arrival to the email on file. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The emailed check in details will cover this process.
