Only a 5 minute drive to Heavenly Village, Harrah’s, Hard Rock Casino, and Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. Under a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Mountain Resort, Nevada Beach, and Lakeside Beach. A variety of dining, nightlife, and spa options nearby. The space Permit: VHRP No. 20-1178 Arrival Upon arrival, visit the Lake Village Clubhouse (300 Clubhouse Avenue Zephyr Cove, NV 89448) to receive your parking and clubhouse passes. Office is open from 9am-4pm. After hours contact the host. (contact info and phone number will be provided before your arrival). Visit Lake Village Lake Tahoe HOA website for a full listing of community amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc.) Due to COVID-19, amenities are currently CLOSED. This closure includes the pool, downstairs clubhouse, hot tub, saunas and bathrooms. MAIN LEVEL -Dining room: seats 6 people, 2 additional barstool seats available. -Kitchen: fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Dinnerware sets, glassware, cookware, and bakeware available for use. Kitchen gadgets include waffle maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, coffee machine, air fryer. -Living room: flat screen TV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.), fireplace, and comfortable adjustable sofa. -Balcony -Bathroom: half bath LOWER LEVEL -Bedroom 1: Queen bed, work desk and chair, twin XL sofa bed (38"x80") -Studio-style Bedroom 2: Twin bunk beds, adjustable futon sofa bed (grey, 54"x72"), regular sofa (yellow), rowing exercise machine -Bathroom: full bath -Mini Kitchen: refrigerator, sink UPPER LEVEL -Bedroom 3: California King bed, adjustable futon sofa bed (grey 54"x72") -Bathroom: full bath with two sinks (privacy doors between toilet/bath and sinks). Guest access NOTE: Guests have access to every room in the house, except for the fourth bedroom (upper level, third floor). This bedroom belongs to the owner and is locked. Policies and House Rules: All Guests are required to read, sign and return a contract, house rules and policies that includes listing each traveler.. You will have access to our phone number and email address. You can text, call or email anytime. Property management on site all the time. -Douglas County (Nevada) requires a 14% Occupancy Tax and $5 per night tax (listed as an Admin Fee). -Pets are not allowed -Children welcome. We just caution small children due to stairs -No smoking -Occupancy limit 10 maximum. Additional people with permission only. Will acquire a fine and/or loose reservation if there is more guests than allowed. -Must be 25 years old or older -No events or parties with additional people -Onsite camping in tents and trailers are prohibited -No burning candles -House towels are strictly prohibited to be used outside of premises. Damaged or missing towels will result in a $20.00 charge per towel! Damaged or missing sheets will result in an $75.00 charge per set. -No music outdoors -Garbage- Bear Bins provided. Any additional garbage needs to be taken with you or dumped in Clubhouse bins -No indoor furniture is allowed outdoors -Cancellations within 30 days get full refund. Cancellations within 14 day receive 50% refund. Please note that any violation of these guidelines and rules will result in loss of security deposit and a minimum of $500.00 County Ordinance fine and immediate eviction. No exceptions. A contract to sign and security deposit of $500.00 from the guest of record is required for all bookings. Security deposits are refundable if there is no damage to the property. Property managers are nearby for monitoring and assistance needed. -Check-in: 4pm -Check-out: 10am -Parking: 2 free spots available in front of the house (please visit Lake Village’s Office to register your vehicle[s], if you plan to arrive after 4pm, I will need to pick up the parking passes myself); for any additional cars, free spots available near the entrance. -Do not block the driveway of any unit -No Boat, Trailer or RV parking is allowed -No access to locked cabinet/doors -Dishes: Place all dishes in dishwasher prior to departure -Trash: All trash MUST be bagged and deposited into the bear-proof containers marked for the unit. Make sure clasp is secure. -Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am
