Cozy Getaway 1 hr from NYC

Our getaway is under an hour north of midtown NYC. Walking distance to the train, hiking, chinese food, sushi, pizza, nail salon & liquor store. Short drive to Seven Lakes Drive, antique stores, Harriman State Park, Sterling Forest State Park, Bear Mountain, Mt Peter, and Apple Orchards. Private patio. No more than 4 adults can sleep over. Owned by founder of @florabrookny so many fun floral/plant touches. This is 1 house within 3 family home. $25 per dog - please message ahead to pay. Our getaway has thoughtful touches throughout the space. Downstairs is living room, kitchen, breakfast sunroom. The sunroom has a sliding door to private patio with outdoor furniture. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is one parking spot in the driveway, and other cars can park directly outside the driveway. Our town is not overly populated, so there is plenty of parking and there should always be a second spot directly outside our driveway. We live on the property and happy to help with anything needed. There are some simple walkable businesses - Tuxedo Art & Antiques/ Tuxedo Park Junkshop, liquor store, diner, chinese food, sushi, deli, nail salon, Steve's Pizza, barbershop and post office. The little town is surrounded by national parks with lots of hiking. Short drive to Warwick NY, Newburgh Vintage Emporium (followed by Hudson Taco), Valley Rock Inn, Blooming Hill Farm, NY Renaissance Faire Apple Orchards and Mount Peter. This is a 3 family home and this is one of the "houses". It is one building but each has its own space completely. Separate entrance, bathrooms, bedrooms, porch, kitchen, living room etc. There are no shared spaces besides the driveway. We are right in a little town with houses nearby, but directly outside our little town is lots of nature lakes and national parks.
