The Sunset Bay Home in Brant Beach, NJ (LBI) is a spacious, private getaway that's waiting for you and your family to enjoy serene sunsets and the calm bay. Only 2 short blocks (3 minute walk) to the beach and directly on the Bay with breathtaking views & sunsets. We value your health and strive to be as natural, eco-friendly & green as possible by choosing natural & recycled products, not wearing shoes in the house, and using energy-efficient appliances. We have strict house rules: * Families Only, No groups or parties * NO PETS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND * No Shoes in the house (we have cubby holes & plenty of room in the entrance foyer to leave your shoes) *Minimum age 35 Our Property: - On a quiet cul-de-sac - Directly the bay - 2 short blocks from the beach (only a 3 minute walk) - Breathtaking views and sunsets - Outside shower - Charcoal BBQ - Boat slip - Adirondack chairs in the backyard to enjoy the view - Central air conditioning - Wifi throughout the house In Our Spacious House You'll Enjoy: - Extra-large deck overlooking the bay for picture perfect sunsets - Spacious & oversized living room with comfortable seating, and a 48” TV with cable/VCR/DVD - Computer desk - Game room on the 1st floor with queen futon - Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertop - Full-sized dining area The Roomy 5 Bedrooms: - Master Bedroom that's oversized & spacious with a king bed, full futon, 42" Cable TV/VCR/DVD, full bathroom, and its own deck overlooking the bay - on the 2nd floor - One bedroom with 2 twin beds - on the 2nd floor - One bedroom with a queen bed - on the 2nd floor - Two bedrooms with full beds - on the 1st floor We do individual leases with all tenants. We will need proof of age and your home address prior to accepting your reservation. Additional Rental Information: - Non-refundable deposit required for booking (50% rental fee plus Property Damage Protection Fee) - Full payment required 2 weeks prior to check-in. Tenants do not have access to the garage, it is for owner use only.
