Just around the block from Palma Sola Park & Marina or a 1/4 mile walk to Rose Park where there is a public pier, a great place to watch for dolphins swimming out in the bay or for fishing And just a quick 4 mile drive to the beach! The open living space looks out to lush landscaping and the gorgeous sparkling pool. Lots of open space to hang out inside on the comfy furniture or outside on a lounge chair in the sunshine! The salt water pool will leave your hair and skin smooth and no chlorine smelling dried out hair! ....If you’re not familiar with salt water pools think softened water, not ocean water. Gentle on skin and eyes! Pool Settings are all scheduled. Optional pool heat available for $150.00wk. When purchased, Pool Heater is set to 80 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Games: Cards, Board Games, Pool Toys Central air- the home is auto controlled to 72 degrees, a fee of $100 will be added if it is changed. If thermostat is changed any fees occurred for damages to the ac unit will be billed to you through the platform. In-unit Washer and Dryer w/Laundry detergent provided Tons of Amenities Included: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided! Bikes provided, a great neighborhood to bike ride, or take a ride to the Robinson Preserve which is over 500 acres of wildlife. ID to be provided upon request Trash & Recycling: Pickup is 2 X’s per week and MUST go out both days. Absolutely no trash goes in the blue recycling bins. SUNDAY evening please put trash & recycling cans to the curb WEDNESDAY evening put out trash-only. There is a $100 fee if we need to call for an off-schedule pickup. Towels & clothing: Nothing should be hung over balconies. No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please. Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed. Pets allowed on a case by case basis for $200 additional pet rent fee. They must be completely cleaned up after. Must be fully house trained, on a leash at all times when not in fenced area, crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture or in the pool.
