Our two bedroom, one bath 'edge of town' retreat is surrounded with native planting, provided with plenty of off-street parking...dine and relax outdoors in the sun or shade... in the south or east patio or enjoy the great views from the front porch. Enjoy a soak or shower in our graciously remodeled bathroom with its extra long and deep tub. With hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms you'll be surrounded by natural building materials (that are also easy on the feet). Take advantage of our location to nearby Historic Downtown Silver City and bike or walk to great restaurants, galleries and shops. Casa Serena is provided with the following amenities: TWO BEDROOMS...master is provided with a comfortable double bed. A twin is provided in the second bedroom/office SOFA BED... is provided in the living room for visitors of our long term quests BATHROOM...has a great tub for relaxing soaks or showers after a jog through the local trails KITCHEN...A generous galley style kitchen comes complete with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, micro wave, ceramic top range with oven and high efficiency clothes washer/dryer as well as even higher efficiency clothes dryer (outside clothes line complete with clothes pins). WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE... ALL LINENS SUPPLIED... CD/MP3 PLAYER... FIREPLACE...(ask us about fireplace use and policy) PRIVATE PATIOS...along with covered front porch and mountain views CHARCOAL GRILL...(outdoor restrictions may apply occasionally) VACUUM...ironing board and cleaning supplies provided HEATING...provided by central forced air in every room COOLING...provided by central evaporative cooling along with a window mounted refrigerative unit in the master bedroom for those few humid days of late July and August. (remember that our night-time temperatures plummet at sunset to 35+ degrees of the daytime highs...so opening a window to cool clean night air is the best and healthiest air conditioning possible)
