River Town Retreat

This is a cute home, large enough to accommodate a large family & friends. This home is just a short walk to the river, Mt Hosmer, down town stores, bars & restaurants. It is a clean space & has comfortable beds. Large eat in kitchen, separate dining room, & comfortable living room space to relax in. Nice deck space also to relax. The basement has a fun, adult space with a bar & dart board. Fire pit in the back yard. Washer & dryer in the basement. Central air. Street parking. This house is an old home that is fully remodeled home inside & out. It is also fully equiped with hopefully everything you need. For cooking, we provide gas grill on the deck, fully functioning electric stove, microwave, pizzazz, air fryer, & griddle, among pots & pans. There are comfortable sleeping spaces, with 3 separate bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs, with a tub available for kids, if needed. 3/4 bathroom downstairs, with shower. The main level has comfortable common space with a large kitchen, separate dining, and living room. The basement has laundry. There is also a walk out basement area with a fun bar area & dart board. The basement walk out leads you down the steps to the relaxing firepit. We provide lawn chairs for around the firepit in addition to firewood. We ask that you return the chairs to the house after use. This home is just 3-6 blocks from the river, Mt Hosmer, down town stores, bars & restaurants. We are available for needs & can usually be there in an hour. I try to keep a close eye on my phone for messages if there are questions. Nice neighborhood with permanent residents, so we ask that our guests are respectful. Approximately a block up the street there is a grass walking path that goes down towards the river. The stairway is very steep. Note: walking down is much easier than walking back up the hill. 😉 Great location to walk around town & to the river. Walking up & down hills is a must in this town. Easy driving also! We have added various games to include "catch phrase" CLR, Family Fued, What do you Meme, & the Game of Things, various card games, & family friendly DVD's. The downstairs bar area is a fun space for adults. Be aware that there are various "fun" signs & a few have some cuss words on them.
