Located in the Brigand's Bay subdivision in Frisco, you'll enjoy the quaint neighborhood feel but still close to pristine beaches of Hatteras Island. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath canal front home provides everything you and your family need to have a vacation you won't forget. Reel Fun Cottage is also dog friendly (2 Dogs)! As you enter the home, you are greeted by the open floor plan flooded with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the dining area with seating for 6 both provide relaxing views overlooking the canal. The living area is furnished with new couches and coastal décor, cable TV, and gas fireplace. Make your way down the hallway to find 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full). Bedroom #2 is furnished with a bunk bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a queen bed, cable TV with an ensuite full bathroom with new shower stall. The lower level provides plenty of storage for your watersports gear or bicycles. The laundry room is also located on this level. Outside the home you will find a spacious outside shower, 2 kayaks for your use, a charcoal park grill, and a dock for easy water access.
