THE CONDO: This is a beautiful 600+ square foot Studio Plus/1 Bathroom vacation rental located inside “The Appalachian Hotel” which is positioned at the base of the Mountain Creek Ski Resort. Walk from the ski locker room to the lift! A Studio Plus is a 1 br without a bedroom door or balcony. The condo comes with a king bed, a sleep sofa, chair, full bathroom, 2 LCD TVs, a galley kitchen, with all you need to prepare family meals, and a gas/electric fireplace. It is the perfect getaway for up to 4 responsible guests. THE VIEW: Your view will be mountain front looking out at the hotel pool area, the lifts, and the slopes. THE RESORT: The Mountain Creek Ski Resort is a 4-season resort that offers Alpine Skiing, Snow Boarding, Mountain Biking, Zip-Line, and a Water Park - all on site as well as a tree top experience down the road. THE LOCATION: Vernon Township is located in Sussex County New Jersey, USA. It is located about 1 hour from New York City and was established on April 8, 1793. Iron mining was prevalent during the mid-to-late 19th century. Mines such as Canister Mine, Williams Mine, and the Pochuck Mine created industry which spawned local businesses and brought rail travel to the town. Today Vernon and the immediate area is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Here you will find a landscape consisting of residential and resort communities, farmland, apple orchards, pumpkin patches, bird watching, barns, horse farms and stables, lakes, fishing, and just so much natural beauty. The famous Appalachian Trail (AT) even runs through it! You will be amazed on what you will find only 1 hour outside of New York City. THE AMENITIES: Underground parking with 1 parking pass. Additional cars can park across the street at the Mountain Creek lot when available. CLEANING POLICIES: Our cleaners are instructed to clean and sanitized between each guest. This includes all high touch areas like light switches and handles. We have also invested over $1,200 and purchased one Disinfectant Atomizing Sprayer and one Electrostatic Handheld Sprayer. We take our guests safety seriously. We offer a contactless check-in procedure featuring a digital lock and you will be provided with your own unique key code. MISC: We have contactless check in We are not a part of the hotel program so no need to go to the front desk The Appalachian has a Game room, reading room, and laundry room (coin operated) Due to new cleaning procedures, we cannot offer a late check-out.
