This 4 bedroom house is located in the most ideal area of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. It is one block away from 13th Avenue which is filled with some of the best restaurants, bars and breweries that Minneapolis has to offer. The house is ideal for families or larger groups that would like to stay together and also be close to the action. The house is recently renovated and able to accommodate a large group of people. My favorite part of the house itself is relaxing in the back yard or front porch. All four bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses with with hypoallergenic, waterproof protectors with plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen is pretty much fully stocked so you can cook anything you'd like. It has a full size stainless oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, french press, & tea kettle, dishes, and utensils.
