Rainbow Riverside Lodge is a breathtaking spot offering a wonderful feeling of seclusion and privacy along scenic Mountaintown Creek in the private Coosawattee River Resort. Watch as the geese glide into land, browse at the herd of deer grazing in the meadow next door, catch a glimpse of the giant Blue Heron who often visits this tranquil valley. Cool off with a swim in the river entering from the natural beach. Bring a tube and walk up stream and float your stress away. Experience magic. The Space Enjoy all this from a newly remodeled five-star cabin that includes details such as Professional hair care products, luxurious bedding and towels, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a game room with Air Hockey and Foosball, a movie room with a 65" TV and xBox One, three fireplaces(one firepit) to choose from, a wide assortment of board games, poker set, cards, a luxury Bull Frog Hot Tub with lounge seat, an outdoor shower, 2 king masters with private balconies overlooking the river. You simply will not find a nicer cabin in a more idealic setting. Guest access You will enjoy access to the entire home and over 800 feet of private riverfront as we own two additional lots and two adjacent homes. Other things to note Note that our base rate is for 4 people and that the rate increases $10 per night per each additional Guest up to 8 total Guests or an additional $40 per night. This allows us to offer a more reasonable rate for smaller parties. Also, note that the only internet service available at the cabin is through the local telephone company and offers slower than ideal speeds. At times this may impact streaming and other activities that require internet access. If you need to do Zoom conferences or other online work, our past Guests have been able to do so without an issue. It may just be necessary to manage how many devices are connected to the WIFI at a particular time. Finally, while access to the cabin is generally easy(we drive a Hyundai Sonota Hybrid), the last ~1/3 of a mile is on a community maintained gravel road. Parking is on the street which is quiet and little travelled. There are ~ two flights of stairs from the street down to the cabin. In regard to our bunk room, please follow all the guidelines below if you are planning on utilizing the upper bunk beds. • Keep bunk beds placed in the corners of the room so that there are walls on two sides. DO NOT MOVE BUNK BEDS from their positions. • Never allow children under 6 years of age to sleep in the upper bunks. • Emphasize to children that they should always use the ladder and not other furniture to climb into or out of the bunk bed. • Instruct all children that bunk beds are not to be roughhoused on at any time. • If any are present, please remove dangerous objects from around the bed. • Never hang belts, scarves or ropes from the bunkbed, as these items could strangle a child. Please note that any use of the upper bunk beds is done so at your own risk. ALWAYS use caution and make certain that your children also always know to use caution. If you would like other sleeping arrangements provided, please just let us know so we can provide an air mattress or other bedding accommodation. We will be available to help at any time during your stay. We have lived in the area for years and are happy to help in any way we can.
