It is furnished with trendy, yet elegant and classic authentic wood furnishings. It also has a private balcony and near many hospitals, universities and shops/eateries. Private garage space, internet and Direct TV are provided in addition to full amenities including linens, towels, kitchen dishware/utensils, pots/pans, and a baby crib and baby bath are also available upon request. NOTE: Only Internet and Direct TV are included in the VRBO rate. Electric and Gas costs in excess of $125/month and Water/Sewer costs up to $50 are covered by the tenant for all long term stays up to 28 days. For extra long term stays over a month, utilities are covered by the guest starting from the 2nd month till the end of their stay. Pets stays require a $300 pet cleaning fee in addition to the general cleaning fee.
