In addition to the pool, you will have access to a fishing pier, private beach, shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, club house, beach fire pit, and free wi-fi. There are 2 tot-lot playgrounds. This is an affixed mobile home in a well established private camper community co-op. Everyone is super nice and many vacation here for weeks at a time. One of the best areas around for crabbing, and nightly sunset celebrations at the beach. Take the golf cart throughout the community. Washers and dryers are at the club house (150ft away). In the home, you have a full kitchen, full bath, 2x queen rooms, 1x bunk room, pull out couch (full bed), futon, desk area, dining room, 2x living rooms, deck, and central AC. Roku, Chromecast, HD antenna, DVD, and VHS capabilities between the 3 TVs. The shed contains all the equipment for all the activities listed above. This is a great getaway for families or couples. Sleeps up to 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 kids. Add 2 more if you want to inflate the air mattress. Just across the bridge from Annapolis, 10 minutes to Outlet shopping center, and over 15 restaurants within 5 miles. Less than 1 hr to Baltimore or DC. You can't beat it! ** Community rules apply.
