The ground level has good concrete parking, a fish cleaning table, and an outdoor shower. Soak up the sun from the expansive decks with new outdoor furniture and dog gates to keep your companions safe. The second level includes a great room with tall ceilings, good views, and wide-open sundecks that stands ready to accommodate your most demanding guests. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area for ten, and the living room supplies a cozy, comfortable space. When it's time to turn in for the night, rest easy - the freshly-painted bedrooms have new bedding. Unwind at Beach Bummin'! Things to Know Free WiFi Up to two family dogs are welcome. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: A maximum of three vehicles can park in the driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
