King Bed & Queen sofa bed, Gig-FIOS 5G Wi-Fi, Full bath/shower, off street parking. Wooded yard very quiet. Yard sprayed in season every 21 days, so you can enjoy the trees. We provide a generous discount for Weekly and Monthly stays. This is a fully independent Ground floor, 1 bedroom apartment connected to our private residence. Guest access is via a private lighted paved sidewalk from your own parking space. Quiet wooded back yard, Private deck space with seating and gas grill. and use of our outdoor firepit. Ideal for 2 to 4 guests. Additional Guest may be possible but must be discussed with owners. We will accommodate 1 dog or 1 cat as part of the reservation. Additional Dogs &/or Cats allowed for an additional fee. Long term guests will be asked to provide the pet fee on a monthly basis. ALL Pets must be in Kennels or crates if left alone. **Please notify hosts if you wish to have a pet with breed and size before confirmation of reservation. Private guest access is controlled via electronic locks and security system, Codes will be provided within two days of your arrival. Hosts will likely be home and can always be contacted via text or ABnB message. Routine Interaction is minimal to engaging it's your choice. Hosts live in connected home. Interaction not required beyond the initial introduction and welcome visit but we are readily available. Quiet neighborhood on a Cul-De-Sac house is backed up to a Wooded area making back yard very private, Public Year around swimming pools 2 Indoor, 1 seasonal outdoor several Parks with walking/bike paths and playgrounds nearby. Four shopping areas, 5 Grocery stores, Pulix, Target w/ grocery and Super Wal-Mart within 3 - 7 miles as well. Quantico Marine Base services and Marine Corps Museum is 12 miles away. A variety of restaurants close at hand nearly all deliver. Theaters, Breweries and Winery's all very close. Minutes from 3 HOV commuter lots with ride share and Bus service into Washington DC, Close to I-95, 12 miles to Virginia Railway Express (VRE) commuter rail and 12 mi to Quantico or 18 mi to Fredericksburg Amtrak station. Two rental car companies in town less than 5 miles. Both will pick up. Uber and Taxi's also available 24hrs a day. Local community Bus Service is available with stop .5 mi away. Airports; DCA 38mi, IAD 47mi, RIC 77mi We limit our guest to those that have completed the Air BnB verification process.
