UMKC (3 miles)and Rockhurst University (3.7 miles) easy drive. 6.8 miles to Arrowhead Stadium. Walking distance to KU Med, less than one mile to Westport, two miles to either the Country Club Plaza or Crown Center/Union Station. Oak Park Mall about a 20 minute drive. Dog friendly with deposit! No cats. Fenced backyard, parking for 3 or more vehicles, and washer and dryer. All 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor with bathroom. 1 Queen and 2 full size beds. Extra futon in one bedroom. Stairs to bathroom and bedrooms so keep that in mind for those who may not be suited for this. Kitchen has recently been redone. Cookware, bakeware, serving bowls, utensils, blender, coffee pot, crockpot, toaster, dishwasher, large gas oven are all available. Please message with any questions.
