On the deck there are Adirondack chairs and a table with seating for 4 for refreshing al fresco dining. There is a full hall access bathroom, along with a convenient laundry room. Wake up to the beautiful golf course views in the master bedroom featuring a queen bed with full en suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with sliding doors to the deck. Both bedrooms also have televisions. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
