Stay in peace at this smoke-free, quiet abode that is within 10 mins of Milford (Bayhealth, Walmart, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). 15 mins to DE Turf & breweries (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mins to Bowers Bch, Pickering Bch, Sports at the Bch, Dover & Georgetown, theaters & casinos (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mins to other beaches and outlets. Please review Guide Book and House Manual after booking, and call us after a last minute booking, so we can tell you how to get in. Snacks, water, etc. provided while supplies last. This is a non-smoking environment that is located in our basement with a separate entrance, which has a screen door and where no one will bother you. Coffee, snacks, water, etc. are provided while supplies last. Please upload your identity, so AirBnB can verify you prior to booking, and inquire about special accommodations for disabled persons in advance. If you book for 2 people, please let us know if you require more than one bed, so we can properly accommodate you. For sleeping, in the first bedroom, we have 1 full-sized bed. In the second bedroom, we have 2 twin-sized beds and 1 couch. For the living room, we have 1 couch, 1 folding bed, and 1 queen-sized floor-mattress. We also have a playpen in the first bedroom closet, a step stool in the bathroom, a mobile fan in each room, and a laptop desk. Instructions for the fans and laptop desk are on the table. Netflix, Hulu,, YouTube, etc. are available by talking to the TV remote. Just have your user name and password for when it pops up on the screen. Toiletries are also available. Please take unused portions of opened mini ones with you or discard them upon check-out. We have a fan in each room as well. Notify us of any concerns immediately. Feel free to enjoy our hanging herbs on the deck and mint garden around the shed. Lastly, we do not charge a cleaning fee, so please clean up behind yourself and follow check-out instructions before you leave. Also, please give us the opportunity to fix something that you need during your stay before you rate us. Thank you very much! For up to 3 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom, living room, and bathroom. For more than 3 guests, you will have access to both bedrooms, living room, and bathroom. Feel free to use the backyard and deck. Just let us know in advance. You also have access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube. Just speak to the remote, then enter your user name and password when the boxes pop up on the TV screen. We have contactless check-in and respect our guests privacy, so we do not bother our guests unless absolutely necessary; however, we do check up on you to make sure that all is well. Someone will be available when you are in need. If you have a questions or need anything, please do not be afraid to ask us. Just text or call, and we will respond to your message. Quiet neighborhood and community that is far away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the highways, Bayhealth Sussex Campus (less than 5 mins), DE Turf (15 mins), Sports at the Beach (20 mins), beaches (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mins), Georgetown (20 mins), etc.. Feel free to hang out and get some fresh air on our deck or outside in the yard. Just let us know. You can wake up and enjoy a nice walk or jog or ride your bike in the neighborhood at any time of day. If you are in the mood, you can also "chillax" in the backyard or on the deck. No smoking nor cigarette or weed buds please! This is a completely private space in our basement. 1. Please do not bring any additional unbooked guests to stay over. We need to know how many people we are accommodating up front. If you need to discuss this, please call after booking. 2. Please wear a mask when you are outside on the property. 3. Practice social distancing at all times. 4. Once you enter, please leave your shoes at the door. A shoe rack is available. 5. Each pillow has a protector, and the mattress has a waterproof protector and cover. 6. Shower chair and raised toilet seat are available upon request in advance. 7. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. are available via the TV remote. Just talk to the remote, then enter your user name and password as prompted on the screen. 8. Depending on the weather or situation, we will let you come through the front door if needed for safety purposes. 9. We allow you to store your bikes and sports gear in our garage if needed when we are available. Please check with us in advance, so we can accommodate you. 10. Instructions for how to use the fans and the laptop desk are on the table. 11. No smoking nor buds anywhere on premises please. 12.
