The upstairs room is in a home that is pond front in a well lit, frequently patrolled upscale neighborhood. There are plenty of sidewalks to accommodate walking and running. This beauty is a short hop to Shaw and downtown Sumter. Columbia and Florence are an easy 45min drive. This corner pond front lot is outfitted with a beautiful backyard patio for relaxing and enjoying nature. It is well secured and monitored with all the amenities needed for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guests will have access to all the common areas and secure access to their room. I am available to answer any questions you may have and respect the privacy of all guests. The neighborhood is quiet, conveniently located, well lit and wonderfully accommodating.
