This is a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown Indy (20 miles), Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center (3 miles), Grand Park Sports Complex (19 miles), and all shopping needs within 3 miles including the nicest mall in the Indpls area. Large elevated deck with gas grill. Full kitchen on main level and kitchenette in lower level. Free wifi and use of washer, dryer and soap. No cleaning or laundry fees. Flexible check in and check out. Level of Interaction is up to you. The home is relatively new (10 years old) and furnished in an upscale level. Driveway and street parking are complimentary. Having lived in the Indpls area for 30 years we are quite able and willing to assist you with ideas, recommendations, or assistance. We do respect your privacy and you can do your own thing with little or no input from us if you prefer. Socializing is entirely up to you, but we do enjoy meeting new people. The neighborhood is quite private and safe and is ideally located to take advantage of all the Indpls/Fishers area has to offer. Best mode of transportation is by auto and all locations in the Indy area are easily reached in 15 - 30 minutes. The lower level suite is accessed via the front door, then down the stairway.
