Amazing view at private lakefront chalet 75 mins north of Montreal. Cathedral ceiling chalet w/ lots of windows. Outdoor hottub overlooking the lake & mountains of the Laurentians. 2 closed bedrooms w/ Queen beds , large tiled bathroom w/ shower & deep bathtub. BBQ on the large lakeside balcony great for grilling all summer. outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Full kitchen w/ double sink, stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. washer & dryer laundry are located in the basement Beautiful 2 bedroom , 1 bath cathedral ceiling lake front property . There's an outdoor hottub perfect for apres ski and BBQ on the balcony. There's also an outdoor fire pit for roasting marshmallows . Views across the lake are great for sunrise . There's a beach at one end of the lake and the home is located 12 km from shopping. There's a couple restaurants near the house should you not want to cook and many more within 15 mins of the home . The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the BBQ just outside the dining room. Note that the main floor is modern and finished and that the basement is open concept unfinished , unpainted with a washer and dryer. The 2 closed bedrooms are upstairs with a queen each . The basement is not closed but has a bunk bed ( queen on bottom, single bunk on top ) Entire home and all the land with hottub and private lake access & small dock during summer months . There's a private driveway for multiple cars to park. There a 4 person pedalo boat on site in summer months to explore the lake . Please confirm in the Airbnb app once you check in . Also within 15-30 mins of Mont Saint Sauveur , Mont Blanc , Ski La Réserve & Tremblant ski resorts or Tremblant National park. There's hiking trails right up the road & Snowmobile trails in front of the home. The lake is great for cross country skiing or walking in the winter ( if you are bot sure don’t go on , no lake access early or late season , walk and ski at own risk . Tremblant national park , Saint Donat and charming Val David are all a short drive from home. There’s a drive way to park multiple cars. There is a 60 amp electric car charger at too of driveway . The plug is a nema 14-50 perfect for charging Teslas or other electric cars There’s multiple mountain biking trails near by as well Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm outside and on the lake . Lock all doors & windows when leaving & turn down the heaters. make sure the hottub cover is on. Please pick up any and all trash butts bottles caps etc on the land that you come across. Please take out the garage & recycling to the bins outside before leaving
