The entire basement apartment is yours with a private entrance. Large 2 bedrooms with a movie/game area, workout room, refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee pot. No stove but plenty of restaurants nearby and a Weber grill outside. The basement has been recently painted in black/grey/white/blue colors not yet reflected in photos. The house sits on Sunset Cove and the views are amazing! Add'l rental options - the entire house (6 br), or the 2 main floors (4 br) At the end of a long wooded driveway is the perfect home for your getaway. The house is steps from the beach and you will enjoy amazing sunrises/sunsets from the deck. You can swim, boat, kayak, fish, clam, paddle boat etc right in the comforts of the backyard and then enjoy a hot outdoor shower and a dinner prepared on the grill. The apartment is clean, modern and comfortable. You will have full access of the basement area, the yard, and the beach area. Feel free to give me a call day or night if you have any questions. I want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. The location is awesome! It is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of privacy. It is located before the Cape bridges so no need to fight the traffic. We are 30 minutes to Hyannis, 1 hour to Boston or Providence. Minutes to public beaches, Water Wizz - Southern New England's largest water park, shopping and many fantastic restaurants. Little Harbor beach and golf are 1.4 miles away. The quaint village of Onset is 3.5 miles and there you will find great restaurants, ice cream, outdoor movies, beaches, and lots of year around festivals. You will need a car to get around. Fall is a wonderful time of the year to visit Wareham; the weather is cool, the house is surrounded by trees and you will enjoy spectacular foliage! Or perhaps stay during the winter months and go ice skating, or sledding and then have hot chocolate by the fireplace.
