Beautiful three bedroom ranch located on a quiet tree lined street, 6 min. from Euclid Reservation. My Yoga studio is at the front living area by the flowers. Large kitchen and comfortable family room. Full bath and powder room. Basement also has a bathroom and laundry. Nice backyard complete with garden and patios. As a licensed yoga instructor, I can give free yoga lessons for those who are interested and based on time availability. Your bed is furnished with natural goose down comforter with Egyptian cotton cover. You can choose from different kinds of essential oil for your room. There are 8 security cameras around the house operating all the time, and the ADT security system. There is a sliding door between all the bedrooms and the kitchen, to ensure quiet sleep. you can access to the rest of the house except my room. Feel free to use any appliances for daily living needs. I work at the high school during the day, and come home late afternoon and weekends. I'm very friendly and respect my guests' time and space. When I'm home, I mostly work on my computer and prepare lessons. Filtered water is provided in the house. The neighborhood is on a dead end street; most people are retired, so most of the time it's very quiet. However, it is less than half an hour away if you want to experience city life downtown Cleveland.
