Artist's Room near Lake Moultrie

Our place is close to Lake Moultrie and a beautiful park owned by Santee Cooper. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space and all of our recreational equipment you can borrow. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Consider our house your house. You can use our kitchen, living room, washing and drying machines, weight/workout room, billiards table, or borrow recreational equipment for the nearby lake or further creeks and ocean. In addition, this listing includes use of the next door room which has a twin size day bed, and workspace complete with ergonomic chair, desk and monitor. Or just set your suitcases in there or dry your clothes on a rack in there. The room is yours to use as you wish! Lots of parking in our large driveway. We live in one of the nicer communities on the peninsula of Pinopolis, and guests have free use of our neighborhood dock that's a 6 min. walk from the house. We both work at home and are available frequently and via phone, text and email. Happy to have you join us if I’m cooking or we’ll give you your space if that’s what you prefer. Just let us know! We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood located at the end of a peninsula jutting into Lake Moultrie. Big pines, magnolia trees and Spanish moss abound. Car is the best way to get around this area, though if you’re going to downtown Charleston or Mt. Pleasant near the coast bicycles also make for a nice transportation option (once you get down to that area - about 30 miles from our house).
