Adventuring into the Catskills region, a car will be a must, as well as an updated GPS when navigating these routes. Location is Western Catskills, so planning your adventure ahead of time would be wise and sublimely fulfilling. When leaving in the evening, remember to take a flash light with you - it gets really dark on your return. The Catskills generally gets much cooler at night than the city, so bring warm layers.
