Beach Loft

This is a loft style home with a view of the Great South Bay in Blue Point, NY. This house is located on a property with another home that is located on the beach. Fire Island is visible from the yard. Fire Island, Bayport, Sayville, Patchogue, and Bellport are close by. Corey beach and Jts on the Bay are walking distance. It's perfectly located at the midpoint of Long Island. It is an easy commute to the city and Hamptons or the North Fork. A little slice of heaven. It is a newly built beach bungalow. It is a one bedroom loft. Wifi, Cable, Parking I will not interact with the guests unless they need me to. I love the serenity and the beach. It's wonderful to walk to Corey Beach and then goto Jts on the bay for a sunset drink. Bellport is close by with the Hamlet Organic Garden as a favorite place to buy local organic biodynamic vegetables. It's also wonderful to take day trips out east and explore the beaches, restaurants, galleries, and wineries. You need a car. This is a shared property. This beach loft is basically a guest house to the main house on the property. There is a vegetable garden located in your back yard of the beach loft that someone will water daily and take care of as well as the general property and pool maintenance. The pool is located in between both houses and is shared. The beach is behind the main house is private to the owner.
