Gather in the spacious living area with flat-screen TV, prepare a favorite recipe in the classic farmhouse kitchen, and enjoy home-cooked meals in the stately dining area. Drift to sleep in four comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds, and wake each morning to refresh in three full bathrooms, including a marble master bath with luxurious jetted tub. The vast and secluded grounds were made for outdoor entertaining. Fire up the grill on the expansive blue-stone terrace, and dine al fresco beneath the shade of a patio umbrella. Go for a swim in the heated gunite pool, or recline in a poolside lounger with a captivating summer read. Famed Hampton beaches are a short drive away, while a 25-acre nature preserve is just across the street. Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. If renter must cancel the reservation, Marquis will re-list availability, and in the event Marquis is able to re-book the nights renter originally booked, a refund may be processed. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance (which Marquis offers) as a means of payment protection. Please note that all bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. StayProtected Insurance: Property damage insurance is procured for your reservation for this property. It is supplemental to, not a replacement to, any security deposit collected. The guest experience for this property is managed by StayMarquis, a local vacation rental management company.
